Meet The Team

Matthew leads Florida Performance Polymers' commercial direction and producer relationships, drawing on years of experience in the specialty plastics industry. He works closely with our supply partners to expand the line card and bring customers high-performance and hard-to-find resins.

Noah oversees the financial and operational backbone of Florida Performance Polymers, from supplier terms and pricing strategy to the systems that keep orders moving accurately. He's focused on building a distribution business customers can count on for consistent supply and straightforward dealing.

Mia is the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them scope requirements, get quotes turned around quickly, and match the right grade to the application. She keeps projects moving from first inquiry through repeat orders.

Miriam coordinates logistics and customer support, managing shipments across our network of 28 U.S. warehouses, tracking orders, and making sure material arrives where and when customers need it. She keeps the details tight so deliveries stay on schedule.
