Matthew leads Florida Performance Polymers direction and producer relationships, drawing on years of experience in the specialty plastics industry. He works closely with our supply partners to expand the line card and bring customers high-performance and hard-to-find resins.

Mia Romero is a Sales Representative for Florida Performance Polymers, covering the Southeast District including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, and eastern Tennessee. Born and raised in Arizona, she earned a B.S. in Health Sciences from Arizona State University and brings a background in customer relations, operations, and business management. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Mia is focused on building strong relationships and helping customers find the right material for every application.

Miriam Holm has been a member of the Florida Performance Polymers team for the past year. She supports customers through order processing and clear, responsive communication, and is committed to ensuring orders are handled accurately and efficiently while providing a positive customer experience. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Miriam enjoys baking sourdough, weightlifting, and gardening. She and her husband, Luke, enjoy playing board games and traveling the world together.

As Purchasing and Inventory Manager, Treena leverages 25 years of hands-on experience in the plastics industry to optimize the distribution of engineering and commodity resins. She excels at balancing supply chain dynamics and securing high-quality materials to meet complex client demands. Treena's deep industry knowledge ensures a reliable, efficient, and forward-thinking approach to every project. Outside the office, she loves cheering on the Texas Rangers, working in her yard, and spending quality time with family and friends.
